Villa Restoration & Design takes pride in being a family-owned and operated construction company serving the Greater St. Louis area. Located in South County, we’ve called the St. Louis region home for more than 30 years, and we treat every project as if it were happening in our own backyard.
Brian Villa is a Washington University graduate who turned his lifelong passion for carpentry and building into a full-time career a decade ago. What began as the hobby of a business professional, evolved into a successful design–build company known for craftsmanship, reliability, and a personal approach to every project.
With over 10 years of hands-on experience, we specialize in custom deck construction and historic façade reconstruction as well as basement renovations, flooring, fencing, and custom carpentry projects that elevate both interior and exterior living spaces. From simple city porch rebuilds to complete outdoor living space renovations, we design and build structures that perfectly fit your home, lifestyle, and budget.
We understand that your home and more importantly, your vision for your home, is more than just a place—it’s where life happens and community begins. That’s why we focus on creating spaces built with the same care and attention to detail we strive for on our own home’s projects.
We’re also deeply passionate about honoring the architectural history and character that make St. Louis unique. Whether it’s restoring a historic home in the city or enhancing a newer property in the suburbs, we design and build with respect for the craftsmanship, materials, and charm that define our region
Every project we take on reflects our core values:
Integrity in our work and communication
Craftsmanship that stands the test of time
Community built through lasting relationships with our clients
Respect for the design traditions and architectural heritage of St. Louis
When you work with Villa Restoration & Design, you’re not hiring a faceless contractor—you’re partnering with a local family that values trust, quality, and the timeless character that makes St. Louis feel like home.
